All employees can edit the workflow at the same time. As orders grow, this platform is not capable for handling large amount of orders anymore. It is time-consuming to enter order information one by one. So, they need a customized software that suits their operational needs and speeds up complicated processes.

We first build a database which consists of all item information such as item name, SKU, height & width, colour etc. When they upload the order document obtained from e-commerce platform, the system can recognize the product and synchronize the details in the issue.

Since the product customization process involves multiple steps, we add more work status based on the actual operation, such as “Draft”, “Approved”, “Print”, “Completed”, “Out of stock” and so on. The status is updated with a single button. In the system, staff can have a clear view of progressing order and inventory level which greatly increases order transparency.

Many e-commerce websites have strict requirements on delivery time, so they have to pay extra attention to logistics operation. The system can automatically adjust the time difference of foreign orders and display them at local time. We also set up tag IDs for specific logistics providers to allow back-office staff to identify and take special action on related orders.
