Waiters can view the status of tables in their section, see which tables with different colour are free, make sure that all guests have been served, the progress of preparation for specific tables, how many guests are registered for each table and which tables staff members are currently serving.
Besides, managers can configure and activate multiple table setups, for example using different arrangements for brunch and dinner service.

All the orders are directly transferred to proper station KDS. Your kitchen staff gets a clear overview of current and upcoming orders on screens in the kitchen and confirm the meals are done. No more lost paper tickets, no ingredients wasted when the wrong dish is prepared because of hard-to-read handwriting.

Different parts of meal production are divided into different kitchen stations, so chef can concentrate on their own work which speeds up the process and ensure that all dishes in the same order are produced together and delivered on time.

For example, a customer orders a fried chicken chops with udo and less iced milk tea. The frying station staff will receive instructions of “fried chicken chops” and the noodle station will receive instructions of “making udo”. When the two food departments click to confirm the completion of the meal, the waiter will be notified to deliver the food to the guest table. You can also send the instructions for “Less iced milk tea” to the beverage station 10 minutes after the food is delivered.
