As the only provider of mInventory in Hong Kong, we knew this cloud-based system would fulfil his requests. We enhanced the ERP system so that photos and signatures appear on computers alongside the order. We also created a purpose-built smartphone app with signature pad function and user-defined input fields to enable technicians to key in information on site.

The implementation of mInventory helped the company manage dispatch and keep customers informed of the expected time of arrival of the technician. Managers could also see in real time the photos taken on site and provide suggestions to the technician. Moreover, it eliminated paper copies of signatures confirming service receipt and the need to manually scan and upload the documents and photos to the system.
